Identify screen for polarisation, detachable/non-abrasive silk, glass, etc. Dirty screens can cause eye strain and fatigue, so should be cleaned regularly to prevent Operator discomfort. Keyboards can 'clog' and cause malfunctioning problems. Casings often get ingrained with dirt from the user, such as pen marks, beverage splashes. Also dirt from open windows and if in a smoking environment nicotine staining.
Cleaning regularly will help the computer to perform effectively. Our general purpose cleaner and screen cleaners are combined with anti-static agents. The anti-static agents used will reduce the risk of static related problems.
Screens- Spray a small amount of screen cleaner onto a lint free cloth and, using horizontal and vertical strokes gently wipe the screen filter. if no screen filter is present, spray a small amount of screen cleaner on to a lint free cloth and apply to screen. Repeat if necessary.
Case Cleaning - Spray a small amount of general purpose cleaner and clean the casing. Repeat if necessary.
Keyboards - If keyboard is particularly dirty, use a Pressurised Air Duster, spray keyboard and back grid to remove debris. The keyboard can also be brushed using a keyboard brush or vacuuming. Using a lint free cloth and keyboard brush clean between and along keys. ALL cleaning agents are to be applied to cloths and brushed and NOT directly onto keyboards.

Spray a small amount of general purpose cleaner onto a lint free cloth. Clean the handset and telephone casing ensuring all dirt is removed. Spray telephone freshener onto a lint free cloth and apply to handset.
Static can cause photocopier paper to stick together in the paper feed tray, which creates misfeed producing paper clog in the machine. The glass can get grimy from correction fluids and ink deposits. therefore producing poor copies. Brush away debris from the feed tray with a keyboard cleaning brush. Spray general purpose spray onto a lint free cloth and clean the casings. Using the screen cleaner spray onto a lint free cloth and apply to glass. Dirt will be removed leaving a clean, anti-static surface.
A total Anti-Static treatment can be provided for an additional sum, and would be sprayed around the working area which will enhance operative comfort through the Anti-Static elimination, but ensure heightened efficiency of equipment usage.
